Do you enjoy identifying the potential of a property or parcel of land, building profitable scenarios, and bringing concrete projects to life? This opportunity is for you! Our client, a growing Quebec-based company specializing in real estate acquisition and development, is seeking a Director of Acquisitions and Real Estate Development. Working closely with the partners, the selected candidate will analyze opportunities generated by an established prospecting team and recommend the best investment strategies. They will be involved throughout the entire process, from the initial evaluation to the closing of the transaction and the development of the project.
