Strong substantive experience drafting, reviewing and marking up commercial contracts. Able to work independently and exercise sound judgment with limited supervision. Practical, organized and business-minded, with strong drafting and communication skills. Experience may come from either private practice or an in-house legal department. Commercial leasing / real estate experience is an asset. Corporate governance, minute book and board support experience is an asset. Legal operations and contract management systems experience is an asset. Healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences or another regulated-industry background would be an asset but is not required.
