As the Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk, you will work closely with legal professionals and provide support throughout various stages of commercial real estate transactions. You will assist with due diligence, documentation, transaction coordination, and closing activities while ensuring files remain accurate and organized. Support commercial real estate matters from initial due diligence through closing and post-closing activities. Conduct property-related searches and review results to identify information requiring further attention. Assist with title-related matters and help address registration or procedural issues as they arise. Prepare and organize transaction documents, closing materials, reports, and related correspondence. Coordinate multiple files and transactions while communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Assist with purchase, sale, and financing transactions. Maintain accurate and organized matter information, documentation, and transaction records. Track key dates, requirements, and outstanding items to help ensure transactions progress efficiently. Manage a high volume of documentation while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Work collaboratively with the broader team to provide responsive and professional client service. What you bring to the job You are an experienced and organized legal professional who works well in a fast-paced environment. You have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing effectively as part of a team. 7+ years of relevant Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk experience preferred; comparable experience may also be considered Law Clerk Diploma, Law Clerk certification, or equivalent education Strong knowledge of real estate title searching and registration processes Experience working with land registration systems and electronic filings Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to manage and process a high volume of documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional and collaborative approach Strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality work French language skills are considered an asset Qualified job seekers are asked to apply.
