The successful candidate will draft, review, and prepare commercial leases and real estate transactional agreements while conducting due diligence and coordinating transaction closings. They will also communicate with clients and maintain legal documentation. Candidates should have a college diploma in Paralegal Studies or relevant legal training, along with 5 to 7 years of experience in real estate law. Proficiency in both French and English is required, along with strong analytical and client service skills.
